Horrible company and product

Bought this. Broke upon first use. Have tried for two months to reach out in various ways (call email chat etc). No response. Only response I got from them is when I left a review on here, to be performative. And they didn’t even reply once I emailed as instructed in their response. Pathetic.

Beautiful and works amazing

Quality Control is Non Existent

It stopped working within minutes after unboxing. Kitchen Aid needs to seriously look at it's QC department. It should of never left the factory in that condition. If this not resolved Kitchen Aid will be out of business like Sears. You cannot rest on past success in business. Whirlpool needs to invest into this legacy brand or it will become like Kodak film.
