Never ordering from Bloomingdale's again

I placed my order on December 3rd 2025. Called Bloomingdale’s on December 12th because my order had still not been shipped. Bloomingdale’s said they would call on Monday dec 15th an I could cancel my order until that day. Bloomingdale’s still has not called and they have not shipped the order. My next call is to BBB. I feel like this is a scam.
