Don't buy this.

I bought this not to lose weight but to curve my appetite and cravings. Its DOES NOT work. Im glad I didn't spend anymore than $15 on it.

This works for me-I would eat breakfast and placed the patch on my upper arm. Did not feel hungry or craved a meal or had the munchies. I would drink a lot of tea and water. It lasts for 81/2 hours
