Packaging for shipment flaw

The hard round (acrylic/metal) placemat arrived forced into a cheap and too small of a cardboard box such that it was slightly bent - so wouldn't lay flat despite attempts to flatten the mat. The damage done also damaged and scarred the outer edge of the mat. Most likely I would have liked the product had it been more properly and carefully boxed for shipment.
