Goopy, doesn't absorb
Wish this were better. It's kinda thick but doesn't fully absorb. More likely I rub/lick it off by accident. It's a bit of a goopy texture like vaseline and the bottle is basic and doesn't have a proper applicator. Don't love this product and wouldn't recommend.

New formula is terrible
I agree with other reviews that the new formula is terrible! It makes my lips worse. Two minutes after putting it on, it dries up (maybe the company did this on purpose to use it up quicker so you have to buy more). Definitely not the #1 lip balm anymore. Definitely switching to a different brand unless they go back to the old formula. (I have been a Kiehl’s lip balm customer since 2006.)

New formula is terrible
Please bring back the old lip balm! This new version makes your lips dry and rough. Better to use nothing than this formula! Going to get my money back. Stay away from version. It’s white instead of clear and doesn’t work at all.

Nice but not spectacular. I found it similar to Vaseline but thinner in consistency.

New formula is not nearly as good as the original
New formula is terrible for me. I'm a long time Lip Balm #1 user and am totally addicted. I put it on every night and multiple times a day. So disappointed with the new formula.

Bring back the old chapstick-style lip balm!!!!
This balm moisturizes well, but it's a poor substitute for the discontinued lip balm that was in stick form. I find this one to have an unpleasant iodine taste, and you probably want to use your fingers to apply it, as opposed to the very minty and pleasant-tasting chapstick-style lip balm, which didn't get your hands greasy. Bring back the old stick chapstick please!!!!!
