Don't waste your money! The thing shuts off automatically. It does have a button to do that but even when you turn that off it still turns off every time. After pressing the power button an average of 3 times it starts. Then it turns off during the heating which means I have to open it and start again.

Coffee is not hot
Great appearance,,coffee takes great,,,biggest disappointment,,,coffee is not hot,,I don't mean McDonalds hot,,,have to heat up in microwave,,,shd have contacted Macy's before now,,,Oh well!!

Great product
I own three. one in my office, one at home and one at my vacation home. My step mother and I were talking and she mentioned she was tired of making too much coffee and wasting it so I ordered her this as a gift. She loves it just as I love mine. There is nothing better than fresh brewed coffee and not having coffee that has sit there potentially getting burned and stronger by the minute, no longer the perfect taste and brew. I used to think the pods were expensive and I still do to a point. But it saves in the long run because you are not wasting coffee.

this coffee maker is the best I have owned one for at least 4 years and it going strong I bought this actual one or my niece for Christmas but I own the same one that's why I knew this one would be great for her.

Does not last long
8 mos and it quit working...water will not fill and keeps saying needs water. Not worth only lasting 8 months....trying to return. Going to a French Press and Breville hot water kettle. These are also not good for the environment with the plastic cups, purchased the refillable cup, and plenty of pods, now I am stuck with these and a tray to hold pods. Waste of money.

Delivered without instructions and parts needed to assemble not in the box. Very disappointed. Have to return.
