Threading easily unravels

The (2) pillows we ordered and received have a very aesthetic design. Not too soft, not to stiff, however, the threading has started to break off. It didn't take very long for the threading to start coming out of place and stick out. We rest our heads on these every so often, but wasn't expecting for the threads to unravel b/c of this. I am disappointed as this is a Justina Blakeney product and expected more quality considering pricing.

Very pretty. Beautiful colors. More green than blue. Had to return it because I had too many throw pillows on my sofa. Sorry to have to send it back.
