Great coffee terrible app

I love everything about this machine EXCEPT for the setup and app. We had a lot of difficulty connecting to the app and WiFi and still have not been able to save any custom drinks, and yes we are pretty tech proficient. Other than that, this machine produces incredible tasting coffee! Definitely better than any coffee bar I’ve been to.

Coffee machine is great but order elsewhere

I ordered the z10 under a power points promotion. Bloomingdales didn't honor its promotion and gave 1/5 of the gift card amount. Order elsewhere.

Great coffee machine !

Great coffee machine and Bloomingdales is the only one store they have jura coffee machines in stock other stores you have to order online. Since they have 3 different colors I liked to see in real. Expensive coffee machine but excellent quality
