Terrible No Support

I have been buying this brand for several years, while they have some unique features but in recent years quality is poor, leaks, and support from the company is almost till. Would not recommend.!

Frustrating purchase but machine good

The one I ordered initially was used.. very long and frustrating ‘story’ and really upset how Bloomy handled this. Took time , about 6 weeks, to get another one and ended up costing more. I bought this as a present, needless to say everybody was disappointed.

Jura is #1

The Jura line of coffee machines are exceptional. The Giga 10 is the ultimate home barista machine. Yes, it makes cold brew and every coffee creation known to man! Quality coffee and design excellence make this machine the preferred coffee machine.
