DO NOT BUY

I purchased this end July, delivered 1st August for my husband's birthday present. Opened the coffee machine 3rd August and we started using it but noticed the coffee came out cold. We returned the machine having made about 10 cups of coffee and explained the coffee wasn’t hot and machine must be defective. It was mailed back 6th August as we flew out of the country that day. Bloomingdale’s subsequently sent it back to us saying they couldn’t accept it as it was used. Yes it was used - but it was faulty it wasn’t just a change of mind. This was with tax almost $2000 for a coffee machine - it should make hot coffee. With Bloomingdale’s refusing to take it back so we kept the machine and I ended up microwaving every cup of coffee I have made from it since. Fast forward to this week, end of October the milk frother has now stopped working. I called Bloomingdale’s. There is nothing they will do. Said I had to return it within 30 days- I did!!! This is abhorrent customer service.

Disappointing

For $1800 including tax this machine is very ordinary- except the look which is fabulous. However, Coffee wasn’t cold but couldn’t get it hot. Espresso tasted not good - same coffee and water as we have used before just not nice. I returned.

broke after 1 month

very loud machine and not hot enough, broke after 1 month of using the machine daily. I ended up purchasing a breville and it’s been amazing

Milk temperature

The Jura E6 has a big issue with the milk temperature.. it’s not hot enough.
