Rimmed with a simple thread and adorned with a sprinkling of berries, Juliska's four-piece place setting in whitewash contains a round dinner plate, scalloped dessert/salad plate, cereal/ice cream bowl and mug. The Portuguese stoneware ceramics echo the same artisanal production as Juliska glassware. Juliska has developed a variety of exquisite transparent, opaque, and metallic glazes on a tough Portuguese stoneware body. All are lead-free and each has the same tough durability to handle the most demanding everyday use.
