What It Is

These bra inserts draw heat away from your chest, making them perfect for hot flashes, nursing moms and keeping cool during a workout or on a hot summer day. The Phase Change material goes back to solid at room temperature, making them ideal for on-the-go. Keep a pair in your gym bag or purse for convenient and instant cooling relief.

  • What It Does

    Phase Change Material pulls heat away from your body to help cool you to the core and provide instant, soothing relief. Place the coldHER pads with the Phase Change Material facing your skin where cooling is most needed (i.e. breast, nipples, underarm). The Phase Change Material will gradually liquefy as heat is being transferred from your skin to the pad.

  • How To Use It

    Once the Phase Change Material is completely liquid or no longer providing cooling relief, remove the pads and allow them to harden again at room temperature. Depending on the temperature of the room, it may take between 30 minutes to 2 hours. Once hard, you may reuse again. For extra cold relief the pads may also be refrigerated.

Stopped working after 10 uses

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the pads not hardening. coldHER inserts use Phase Change Material, and in warmer environments (especially close to body temperature), they can sometimes have trouble returning to their fully cooled, firm state. While they don't usually need to be refrigerated, in this case a reset in a cooler environment (like some time in the refrigerator) should help restore their performance. Every woman needs at LEAST one pair!

Every woman needs at least one pair of these gems! Personally, I love the fact that no refrigeration is required. The inserts chill fast when applied to your skin. They are just the right amount of cool when you need it most. Also, the inserts are discrete enough that you can tuck them in your bra and no one will notice.
