Received item ripped

I received this item ripped, but I first removed tags. Both brand and store would not guarantee because I removed tags. Sad when honest people pay the cost. Very disappointed in both store and brand. I work hard for my things. The shirt is useless....like the store and brand. I bet they don't post this. But really good people like qualitiy. Lesson learned don't remove tags first because you might get ripped........just saying.........
