Bad Customer Service

I ordered the pomegranate noir bath oil hoping to layer with the lotion and cologne of the same scent because the scent doesn't last. The oil was totally void of the scent and I contacted customer service and no response! These products are way too pricey to not deliver quality products, caring, courteous, professional and compassionate customer service. I'm really disappointed in Jo Malone.

Lasts All Day!

I use this bath oil and other Jo Malone bath oils in the shower added to my body wash or I use a dab or two as perfume. The scents are light and refreshing but last all day.
