Damaged & Poorly Packaged Perfume Order

I received my order and I am very disappointed with the condition of the items. The perfumes arrived unwrapped properly and not packaged separately. The liquid had leaked, staining the labels and leaving the bottles messy and sticky. This is not acceptable for such an expensive purchase. I got and option to replace or refunded but i miss my sister birthday because this happened.
