Very Disappointed!!
Very disappointed!! I ordered these shoes and I was very excited to get them for my bridal shower but when they arrived they were a completely different shoe, the box was for the Bing Ballet Pink shoe I got black suede shoes! The worst part is that I got them on sale but Bloomingdale doesn’t allow you to exchange online you have to return and repurchase so now I loose the discount as they are no longer on sale!! 😡
They shipped the wrong Item
I’m very disappointed with my recent order from Bloomingdale’s. They sent me the wrong item, which was extremely frustrating. What makes it worse is that they didn’t even reach out beforehand — a simple phone call or email could have prevented all of this. I expected better communication and service from a store of this caliber.
Beautiful but go up half a size
Beautiful shoes! I love Jommy choo shoes but feel that going up half a size always works for me.

Order a US10. Received a 39. Returning immediately. There is no shoe bag and the shoes look worn.

Definitely returning. I opened up the box and it looks like someone's sweaty feet were already wearing my shoes. And the bottom of the heel should not look like that! Disgusting. Definitely should not expect that with high-end heels. I only bought them bc there was a deal. But, I would rather pay full price somewhere else. Definitely canceling my other order.
