Beautiful Special Occasion Dress

Ordered for a military ball and very happy with my purchase. The dress is well constructed yet lightweight and very flattering. I ordered my standard size 4 and I'm wondering if I could've managed a 2, but it's not overwhelming. The neck tie is stylish and modern and the leg slit gives it a bit of an edge.
