    The depth of the woody, decidedly smoky, spicy notes of cedarwood, cade from Spain and CO2-extracted elemi is cut by the vertical strokes of the aldehydes. An interplay of shadows and light, heat and coldness, refined by fresh laundry notes and traversed by oud facets. The smell of clothes drying near a fireplace. Jil Sander Smoke Eau de Parfum is equally dry and enveloping, masculine and feminine, enigmatic and bright.

    Olfactory Series 1, the first Jil Sander fragrance collection under the direction of Lucie and Luke Meier, fuses botany and technology in six minimalist, unisex formulas in which the olfactory marks of aldehydes cut across key ingredients, giving every fragrance unique shapes and volumes.

  • About The Bottle

    Thanks to a long series of experiments led by the designers with an exceptionally skilled glass manufacturer, each bottle has a non-symmetrical shape and a unique glass repartition. At a closer look, small random imperfections make them all singular, like the persons who will make the fragrances their own. The bell-shaped white aluminum cap that covers the container performs a practical and an aesthetic function. It protects the fragrance from light, but when it is removed to apply the fragrance, it leads to a gesture that suggests holding a precious and personal creation.

Luxurious feel

Smells and looks like old money. The packaging is absolutely beautiful for this product and the scent is just as luxurious. It’s unisex and it’s definitely a strong scent but it smells even better as the day goes by.

Suitable for everyone.

Very beautiful and unusual packaging. Luxuriously suitable for a gift, both for a man and for a woman. And at first, a rich woody scent, which gradually becomes more delicate, but still suits men more, in my opinion.

Great Fragrance

I absolutely love this Fragrance the aldehydes just pop in this Fragrance now I wish there was more smoke in this Fragrance but overall a very clean refreshing fragrance, the quality is top notch. I highly recommend checking this one out and others from this house.

Takes some getting used to.

Upon first sight the packaging and bottle are beautiful. Elegant and simple - can match any decor if you wanted to leave this out on display. The first time I smelled this I did not like the scent at all. I waited a few days and went back to it. I really tried to appreciate all the different scent infused together. You are immediately hit with the smell of smoke - but more of an after burning of wood scent mixed with something sweet at the same time. The scent has become much more pleasant and less complex when you let it all come out and fill your nostrils. Well done, Jil Sander for making something so unique and capturing beauty in a fragrance.

Wonderful!

Hands down one of the most unique scents I have. It scream fall in all its glory with a hint of sweetness. Not to mention it wears beautifully through out the entire day. The packaging is so unique and a clear statement wherever it is placed.
