Terrible customer service
Horrible. I ordered this dress in a size 6 bc that’s the only size available. I normally wear a size 6-8 and thought I’d give it a try . Once I received the package I realized the dress was running small and didn’t EVEN WEAR THE DRESS. A few days later I went into the store with all the tags attached and upon thorough inspection by the sales clerk I retuned the dress. 10 days later I received an email saying the dress in not in a salable condition and was told I wasn’t gonna get my refund. I was furious when I received the email and I immediately did charge back. I do not recommend shopping from this brand
