Cute bunny but availability not as advertised

My daughter is very happy with her Jelly Cat bunny. I am disappointed in Bloomingdale’s service, however, because this item appeared to be in stock upon placing my order, but after a few days I was notified it was on back order. It was shipped quickly once back in stock after a few weeks.

Jellycat Springlowe Luxe Bunny

I am very upset about this purchase. First off it came in a plastic bag and not even a box so it was very banged up - since this bunny was $100 you would have thought it could have been in a box. Secondly it did not come in the normal cloth bag that jellycat's come in and the card that normally is included was also not included. I am not a happy camper.
