Adorable but runs small

I fell in love with these adorable rain boots! I'm a sucker for anything with glitter, but unfortunately they ran very small and I will be returning them. For reference, I wear a size 9 or 9.5 in most shoes, in Hunter boots I wear a size 9, in these I ordered the size 10 and the length was way too short (the width was fine though).
