The easiest gift purchase

Misspent item

The service was so bad I will probably never order from Bloomingdales again. The recipient of my gift received the wrong item and she had to send it back. Then i had to spend time on the phone and they made it seem it was my fault. We still have not received the gift. Also i was promised a $25.00 credit. So far i have not seen any evidence of that.
