Missing an item and looked used

When I received the set it look like the items had been used, and it was even missing the wide tooth comb. When I went into the store to process the return, the client advisor was rude, and questioned me. Never apologized that I was sent product that was missing an item and looked used. My experience was awful. Not sure if I will choose to purchase hair products again from Bloomingdales.
