Gift card issues

This was the worst buying experience I’ve every had. I bought a simple $100 gift card for my sisters birthday and you couldn’t figure out how to email it to her. I called twice to get the problem fix and that didn’t help either. This should have been a very easy transaction but for whatever reason it was very hard.
