No sleeve buttons or lining

It may not be clear from the description, but the sleeves have no buttons, which makes the jacket look cheaper and much more informal than may be desired.The jacket also does not have any lining or internal pockets. As for the fit, it is surprisingly roomy for what should be an extra slim fit. The matching pants are nice, but I suggest skipping the jacket.

Runs huge and baggy

This is not anywhere close to an extra slim fit. Not only does it fit like a regular fit, it also runs at least one size big. Maybe even two. I had to check and make sure I was sent the right size because it was so overly large. Definitely size down at least one size of you want a slim fit. The jacket material and feel is okay, but honestly even paying half price doesn't feel worth it at all. I wouldn't recommend this jacket to anyone.
