Color inconsistent

I wore these for the first time yesterday. They fit well and were comfortable, however I noticed that the color was not consistent throughout them. There were splotchy areas on my legs that were not as black as the rest of the material and made them look messy and cheap. I'm very disappointed with the quality of these tights.
