Comforter-able :)

Ribbing melted and filling moved

When I first purchased this comforter, I loved it and for the price, I thought it would be a good investment. After 7 to 8 months the outer ribbing of the comforter melted in the dryer and the stitching of the entire middle square panel came undone and the filling moved leaving the middle portion completely empty and flat. The filling in the other squares have balled up, and there’s really no way of separating it. I contacted customer service cause I would like a replacement and they refuse to help me and offered no remedy and apparently blooming has no warranty on this product at all. They said the only warranty they have is their 30 day return policy. How would a comforter be tested in 30 days? Really disappointed. I thought the quality would be much better and they would stand behind their product.
