My sister got this and then we got it for my mum and then I got it and it’s amazing! The coverage is great and it sits so nicely on my skin. It’s very lightweight and it lets all my products from different price points work well with it also and lasts without feeling greasy or needing excessive touch ups!

Flawless
This product goes on so well and it lasts a very long time. It makes your skin looks luminous and flawless. 3rd time purchase and my all time favourite! I use 4.5 and works wonders in the winter and in the summer with a bit of bronzer added. 10/10 recommend

Glowiest skin!
This is the best foundation I’ve ever used. It blends seamlessly into the skin, as well as with other products in my routine. Leaves skin looking super glowy with medium coverage, covering pigmentation without looking cakey. Lasts all day as someone who works in London!

Go to foundation
Saw mixed reviews on this foundation, so was apprehensive but with a few other hourglass products already in my make up bag I gave it a go. Lovely feel on my skin, medium coverage and hides imperfections. Doesn’t seem to have made me skin break out. Holds well. Only wish I had gone one shade darker as seems to be lighter than the skin match/ photo. Will try a darker shade next time.

Good stuff!
Ok it’s expensive, but it’s good! Oily T zone means I need primer or get chalky foundation patches where it moves, gathers then drys when I get hot. I also can’t moisturise before foundation application. When I tried this for the first time I had no primer and applied on top of a rich moisturiser due to dry skin I didn’t need much, it blended well, colour was amazing, it lasted all day without highlighting dry patches, and the movement/drying in oily locations was minimal. Can’t believe it worked this well!

Not for me, rather drying
I chose a shade card as my free sample with a previous order. I have medium skin and often have trouble finding a match in foundation - often the lightest shade is the wrong tint altogether, or it is just far too saturated giving a pink or peach look on skin. I tried 3 of the test bubbles - 2, 5 and 7, all on the yellow side in appearance, but I gave them go. None of these shades really match my skin tone for a start and it didn’t glide on my skin, it pulled a little. I wasn’t a fan of the texture and unfortunately this really does highlight any dry or textured areas, so I would not recommend it for skin that tends to dryness, or unevenness. Based on it's tendency to highlight dry areas, and that the shade card did not help me know which shade would be a poor or good match for me, I'm unlikely to buy a full size, but at least I tried it. Pity, as I do enjoy and use the concealer and other products but it shows you have to try on skin first.

Great foundation
Hourglass does great skin. Glowy, even, hydrated, but not cakey. I use this foundation mixed with the hydrating skin veil. Using more of the latter day-to-day to give a hydrated but sheer coverage, and more of the former for a more matte, high coverage evening look. Over the top, I then set it all with ambient light powder pallet. I realise this combo is quite pricey, but considering I regularly get compliments about how fresh faced i am when I actually look far from that when makeup free, im going to keep on paying and hope no one ever realises it's sleight of hand.

Best foundation
This foundation blends seamlessly into the skin without being drying or oily. Coverage is medium but buildable meaning it never looks cakey. Lasts very well all day and blends well with other products in my routine. It has lasted me a long time but would repurchase when I run out.
