Wrong Item Sent, Returned, Still Awaiting Refund

Wrong item shipped. Ordered a size 5.5 Hoka Clifton and received size 8 glittery boots. Seemed pretty obvious the glittery boots look nothing like running shoes. The return shipment is sitting at UPS right now since it is a 2 week non-expedited shipping, so it will take at least two weeks to get my refund back. Don’t think I will order from Bloomingdale’s again.
