The Mafate Speed 2 was built to offer support and cushioning in technical terrain over any distance. This update features a deep Active Foot frame for support, and a tuned Meta-Rocker to facilitate smooth transitions through the gait cycle. The outsole utilizes deep flex grooves to adapt to a variety of terrain, and the 5mm Vibram Mega-Grip tread grips even the trickiest surfaces. The Mafate Speed 2 is ready to perform mile after mile, however far your trail adventure takes you.

Great Golf Shoe Alternative

This shoe is versatile enough that I am not using it as my golf shoe. I also use for trail running and stability and grip are outstanding.

disappointed

This was my third attempt at owning a pair of Hoka shoes, and I honestly don't understand what people keep raving about. They felt like normal shoes to me—nothing especially comfortable or remarkable. Returned them for the third time. Sorry. Other than that shopping and returns were very easy, product came in brand new.

Almost perfect

I have a very bad foot condition. So I'm not the best person to review this very well-made running shoe. Almost no shoes is perfect for me. I was hoping that these would be. They are comfortable, but for long distance walking my condition, makes it less than perfect. They're very well-made and I think they would be great for somebody without a bad foot.

Not holding

I purchased these for work and the top of the shoes is starting to get a hole. The mesh area is not holding up well. I did submit a warranty claim and hope to hear something back. I have purchased several pairs and this is the first one that I have had problems with.

My First Hokas

I purchased these because of Han Jisung!! I am in Health care and wear alot of navy, but could never find the right shade of sneaker to match. Enter Han at the airport and there they were! I was worried about getting the size correct and how they would feel, but the size is true to what I wear and they are an amazing solid shoe that I wear at work and to the gym!! Very comfortable
