Works well

I have enjoyed using this. I also bought the towel insert, which is a very thick terry cloth sleeping bag shaped towel. It is a bit awkward to figure out how to get in the towel, then get in the sauna blanket and zip it up, but not difficult once you have done it. It feels really good after using and there was no need to clean out the sauna blanket after due to the towel insert soaking up any sweat. It gets hot, and works easily without any complex controls. It is large, but not that heavy, so fairly easy to move around.

The Perfect Gift

I gifted this to my mom a few months ago and I think I won the favorite daughter award - she swearssss by this and after borrowing it to try myself I have to agree. It is truly the best self care after a long day or a hard workout and it's so nice how portable and storable it is as product overall! It is definitely an investment but 100% worth it!

Stopped heating

Purchased this and had high hopes as I experience fibromyalgia, it did not heat up properly and would expect better quality for this price point.

Great At-Home Alternative to Sauna Sessions!

Great At-Home Alternative to Sauna Sessions! This will make you sweat and burn calories. Another surprising benefit was how relaxed it made me feel. I love how easy it is to use at home and doesn't take up all the space that a large sauna would (and much lower price). HIGHLY recommend buying the blanket insert separately to go with it - much cleaner to be able to wash the blanket that you sweat in. Even recommend buying 2 blankets if you are sharing with another person.

An Unexpected Addition to my Wellness Routine

I purchased this product after spending quite a lot of $$$ on infrared sauna packages. I found the sauna helped tremendously with overall body and back pain. I decided to invest in the blanket as another step in my recovery post-workout routine as I increased my weight my resistance training—incredible results. It really soothes sore muscles, and sweating is the only proper 'detox' you can do for your body. You'll glow afterward. 4/5 for the price. If you anticipate using this product once a week, however, it's so worth it.
