Get Grounded

this is an amazing tool for those who are looking to get to a better place. I can attest to the fact this has helped me get better quality sleep, more alert and energized first thing in the morning and reach zen in the afternoon. just look at the data. I really like the size and versatility of this mat.

Surprised by the efficacy of this mat

I loved the products I have bought from this brand and decided to go for the go mat given the quality of the masks and the serum. I was highly skeptical and thought it was a bunch of woo, but it has been really eye opening. Was kind of desperate for help with sleep, so I bought it. Both my husband and I use it, and find it helpful for sleep (clear improvement) and also setting number 4 for focus. I still cannot believe that it works for us, and I do not think it is placebo given how skeptical my husband was. Now we both sit on it in the morning before work, and then setting 1 right before bed. Bonus is it is nice to warm up while sitting on it, feels cozy at night, and helps wake up in the morning.
