Amazing daily workhorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing heat condution and so easy to clean. Best stainless steel pans I've had the pleasure of using for daily cooking. These pans create a consistent sear that my previous pans could not achieve!

Best SS Saute Pan ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great balance and the rivets are flush with the pan, making cleanup a breeze. The sheet pans are fantastic, as are the colanders!!!

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how the handle and the pan is welded. It makes it easier to clean. The design is elegant. I cook vegetables and beef. Once I preheat enough, the ingredients barely stick. I am excited to experience more over time.

Perfect small stainless steel sauté pan

I was looking for a high performing stainless steel pan and this pan is everything. Thomas Keller wouldn’t have had it any other way. It’s beautifully made.

Yes, You can ditch your nonstick pans!

I recently began to upgrade my collection of stainless steel pans because I didn't like the handles of the All-Clad pans. I found the Thomas Keller collection offered by Hestan Culinary and decided to try the 2 qt saucier pan first and it was simply wonderful: even heating, quick to warm up and clean up was a breeze with powdered bar-keeper's friend for anything stuck on which wasn't much. The pans are of a substantial weight, not flimsy nor so heavy that they can't be worked with. Next, I tried this small 8.5 saute (frypan) pan because I was curious about whether it could substitute my daily use of a GreenPan ceramic nonstick pan (which has to be babied in order to keep in pristine condition). I make omelets very often and wanted to try this on the Thomas Keller 8/5 saute pan because I had been unsuccessful in the past with other stainless steel pans. It worked like a charm on my first try, to my amazement. This is what I did: I followed the instructions to preheat the pan first before adding anything to it. I have a glass stove, for reference and I preheated the pan on the Medium setting. I waited a couple of minutes until the pan felt slightly hotter than warm when I held my hand over the pan close enough to feel the heat (but not dangerously close to burning my hand, of course). At that point, I added a pat of butter (about 1/4 inch thick square) and watched it sizzle in the pan, lifted the pan slightly off the burner in order to roll the melting butter around the pan to coat it so the eggs wouldn't stick, and then added the eggs that I had whipped with a fork to the pan. I waited until the edges of the omelet were a bit defined and slid my Lamson steel turner under the edge of the egg to begin to fold it. It folded the omelet neatly over itself without any signs of burning, scalding of the eggs. My omelet was fluffy and done without sticking and I was able to slide off the pan effortlessly to a plate. Clean up was a breeze with just some dish soap and water since there were no stuck on bits of eggs to the pan. Needless to say, I have not used by GreenPan frying pan ever since. For those of you who are on the fence about buying this pan, wait no more. It's worth every penny.

Dear Hestan, You’ve made me a better cook!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Review? Why this is my love letter to Chef Thomas Keller & the Hestan team! I’m overjoyed to have found you! Your attention to quality, design, comfort, durability, precision performance and…customer care is unmatched! I needed new pots & pans and spent a year deciding if I should purchase the trending ceramic-coated cookware. With consistent mixed quality & customer service reviews, I kept hesitating. Then, in January 2023, I discovered Hestan. Once I read about your mission, philosophy, performance & quality standards I was hooked! I chose the Thomas Keller Insignia collection for its innovative design, sleek style and of course its durability. In addition, I purchased the ProBond 5qt Essential Pan to complete my set. It has been 2 months now, using all of my Hestan cookware daily, and I find myself undoubtedly confident that I purchased the absolute best in brand & product! What I love about this Hestan cookware that I never had before: Outstanding Design: • The seamless-fit handles are comfortable to hold and truly stay cool, whether I’m making hard boiled eggs or simmering soup…they stay cool! Also the trigger grip allows me to pour my sauces securely while the rolled pan edges prevent drips. • The flush-rivet design assists in the ease of clean up as it prevents food debris buildup. I’m amazed at how quickly this cookware sponges clean and a little Bartender’s Helper keeps the stainless glistening! • The Thomas Keller Insignia Universal Lids are unique & fun! Their beautiful logo steam vents are beautiful and purposeful. • Top quality & Durability: • The triply is a nice medium weight, not too heavy or not too light, with wider bases (not taller) and curved sides providing uniform heat distribution so my foods cook quicker, more evenly & taste more flavorful! This wasn’t a pot & pan replacement purchase, as I had originally intended, this was a top-level lifetime investment! Thank you, I’m proud to own my Hestan!
