Beautiful pans
Weighed this choice carefully and I’m thrilled with these pans. They heat up more quickly than my lighter pans, retain even heat, and wash up beautifully.

Amazing quality
Have never used stainless steel cookware in the past, so still getting used to them, but I love the hestan quality. They’re sturdy and have a good weight to them. Not to mention they’re beautifully crafted. I have noticed my food getting a better sear on these pans due to the pans ability to not lose heat as soon as the food touches it.

Best steaks
My wife typically prepares our steaks using a cast iron pan, but this time she decided to use our brand new, stainless steel 11 inch pan from Hestan. The results were excellent! It was one of the best sirloin strips she's made! The bonus was cleanup was so easy :-)) I'll definitely be purchasing more Hestan products.

Nice cookware
Time will tell. I hesitate to rate five stars after using the cookware less than a month and not using all of the pieces of the set. If given a choice when buying a set, I would have gladly swapped a size or two for a different option. Also, to count the lids, given there are duplicates, is a bit of a stretch since it is doubtful I will use two of the same diameter pans at the same time, let alone cover them. The purchase was made because we have switched to induction, and needed compatible cookware. The small size of one or two pieces is less than desirable given burner sizes. Nice, but in my mind, not phenomenal.

Polished Clad Stainless Steel Ultimate Set, 10-Piece
Upon opening the box, I was immediately struck by the precision and beauty of the design. Each piece has a well-balanced, substantial weight that conveys a sense of luxury and high-quality craftsmanship. The attention to detail is evident throughout the entire set. I can easily see myself using this collection for decades without the need for replacement. Top of the line. So easy to clean. I've watched all the videos. I did extensive research leading up to this purchase and decided on these over all other brands.

Nearly 5 stars - probably 4. 75 stars The quality of all the pans is 5 stars - exceeds expectations Sauce pans, Saute pans, Stock Pod - quality 5 stars and exceeds expectations * Love the handles and the shape, size and weight of this cookware * heats up extraordinarily fast * amazing heat distribution * better quality cooking of everything we have cooked on these pans (steak, burger, fish, pasta, everything comes out better than with other pans) The only negative are the skillets - not the fault of the pans but they are not non-stick. Cooking eggs on them even with them properly heated and with oil, the eggs do stick. We cannot use the skillets for cooking anything which sticks at all. This is not the fault of the pans, they are high quality stainless steel. They just are not non-stick material. Debated purchasing each piece of cookware separately but the 10 piece set was such a good deal and it's nice to have a matching set of pots and pans. Will most likely purchase a ceramic or nanobond skillet for cooking eggs to compliment this set.

Great cookware
Works very well with my induction stovetop! Looks really nice, and the sizes are good, but pretty pricey.
