A worthy investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s the most beautiful yet most efficient pan I have ever purchased. The purchase was definitely a risk for me as I have never invested this much on cookware, but the first thing I did was cook guanciale starting with a cold pan. It cooked so quick and rendered so perfectly. I will definitely be purchasing from this collection again. Every use from there on showed how much Hestan’s products’ functionality and craftsmanship make for a worthy investment.

Exceeding my expectations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so in love with my new Hestan cookware. My husband can’t stop talking about it. I’ve always wanted a set of professional pans but always ended up with department store sets that claimed to be great but just didn’t work as advertised or wore out quickly. These pans are AMAZING! Once you learn how to heat the pan correctly to seal the pores before adding oils or fats, these are basically nonstick! They clean up beautifully too. If I have cooked anything that did leave residue, I just soak the pan in warm soapy water and voila! Worth every penny!

Why I Buy Hestan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality is the first reason why my son (CIA graduate) and I cook primarily on Hestan cookware. My wife and I cook at home constantly. As a dentist and licensed nutritionist in New York State, I try to buy only organic, soy free eggs and produce and grass fed beef, chicken and pork. Hestan cookware cooks evenly, easy to clean and my kitchen has many different Hestans cookware; stainless steel, NanoBond, and we especially love the Titum nonstick pans. Everything is dishwasher safe too. I like the handles, flush rivets inside the pan for easy cleaning and after several years of use, I see no issues with any of the cookware showing signs of wear and tear. We also cook in low heat, use ghee, saved strained organic bacon fat, organic coconut oil, organic avocado and olive oil as a cooking fat. We never cook in juck seed oils! Low heat is critical for maintaining nutritious food quality, not destroying fat quality, and not overheating any cookware. We have a gas stove. Dr. K.
