Feminine and flattering

I own this cap-sleeve vest/jacket in 2 colors, navy and silver. Silver is more of an off-white and goes with everything. The navy is a deep navy and also versatile. The subtle open neckline is gorgeous and the down is warm but not puffy. I am 5'5", 140lbs (34C), size 6-8 and the size 44 fits me perfectly with a lightweight sweater underneath. I've worn it over a t-shirt, too, and it looked and felt great! Can be dressy or casual. Love it!
