    It is in this spirit that Christine Nagel composed Twilly d'Hermès. Ginger, tuberose and sandalwood are given a new twist. Combined differently, they become searing spice, disconcerting attraction, a revelation of the carnal. In a final flash of wit, a hand-tied silk ribbon playfully graces the bottle. Each silk ribbon is unique. The scent of the HERMÈS girls, a daring fragrance woven with striking ginger and sensual tuberose. A floral, spicy and oriental eau de parfum.

pleasant, undemanding, not really for me

I have a 15ml bottle of this, and have used it a few times, but while nice enough, I don't think I'd ever want a larger size. It starts with mildly fruity soapy notes, and some soft slightly spicy notes - if this is the ginger, it is tiny baby infant ginger. A vague floral emerges, is this the tuberose? I don't think so. It's so clean and abstract it is like trying to identify a plant through obscured glass - you can see there is a flower of some sort, but can't tell for life of you what, or if there is more than one kind either. Underneath it all are some clean warm musky notes, presumably the advertised sandalwood plus a fair bit of synthetic musk. It carries on in this vein, vaguely floral, with some warm, not really spicy, musky notes. It lasted well, with the base notes still obvious a good 8 hours later, though I had lost interest well before then. It is easy to wear, undemanding, and ultimately not very interesting for me personally. However it is very likeable, and clearly aimed at a younger user than I am. It would be a good gift for someone in their 20s perhaps.

The price is not with this perfume

Pure heaven in a bottle Hermes

When I spray myself with this perfume, I feel like it takes me to another realm where there is only beauty and everything just feels dreamy. Doesn’t make sense? This perfume is just heavenly. I couldn’t wait to get a bottle when my other bottle finished and that is God’s honest truth.

Lovely Summer Perfume

Really lovely perfume for summer, lovely floral fragrance with notes of sandalwood. Bottle looks gorgeous and reasonably priced considering its Hermes. Just be careful when buying as the packaging/ bottles are similar across the various iterations they have released
