A very happy client !!

At 74 years old, I am an active adult that was suffering with aches and pains as I awoke in the morning. From the first night on my Helix Midnight Elite mattress with a Tranquility II adjustable bed frame with the zero gravity feature, I wake up refreshed without any aches and pain ready to begin each day. Our Standards Have Become Inconveniently High

My partner and I absolutely LOVE our Helix Midnight Elite. The only downside? He’s officially spoiled now, and apparently every other bed is inferior. Hotels, guest rooms, vacations… good luck competing. He’s an athletic 6’3”, 220+ lbs, and I’m 5’6”, 150 lbs, and somehow this mattress works beautifully for both of us. We purchased a king, and neither of us wakes up with back pain anymore—which honestly feels like a small miracle. We have it on a Japandi-style bed frame with ridiculously soft sheets, and the whole combination is chef’s kiss. It’s supportive, cozy, luxurious, and dangerously good at convincing us that we don’t actually need to get out of bed. 10/10 for sleep. 0/10 for making every other mattress feel disappointing.

Poor Match

I love that this mattress keeps me cool but this is really a poor transition. It feels like the mattress sits too low at the front of the mattress. I’m very uncomfortable and likely will have to get a different mattress. I think when you’re transitioning from a phone mattress, you really need to consider whether or not something like a helix is really appropriate for you.
