Shipping issue

The earrings are great so this is not a complaint about them. I give them 5 stars.They come in a velvet pouch which is fine for storage at home. Bloomingdale’s shipped the pouch in a bubble mailer so the earring posts were bent during shipping. These need to be shipped in a box so damage does not occur.
