Just Okay

If I could give it a rating alone for how well the alarms wake me up, I give it a 4/5. However, the app interface is atrocious. I’m pretty tech savvy but it’s merely impossible to identify free soundscapes/meditations/radios/alarms especially on the free trial premium setting. Which they force you to do and everyone and their mother will earn you about it. My problem isn’t so much that I get a free trial, it’s that I can’t search all free sounds to explore when the trial is over. One sound recommended one day will never populate again on the search. Very frustrating. Waking up fresh though!

Never thought that I was

Never thought that I was going to buy this but I caved and bought it and I love it! I am normally a mean person in the morning but using the Hatch I feel more energized and not jolted awake like my phone alarm does too me!

mind of it's own

This Hatch will not keep the programing. I have uninstalled and re installed the app and reset the hatch multiple times. I think we got one that had already been returned. So many hours have been spent on this thing that is making my daughter's sleep worse!

Plug in?

I was excited however I didn’t realize it needed to be plugged in at all times which is inconvenient since my son has a bunk bed and no outlet up high. I assumed it was battery or chargeable especially in this day and age. There is a competitor that offers battery with the same reviews as hatch so I may be trying that one instead. Bummer like the look just not convenient.

Peaceful waves

Better evenings and mornings

The different sounds you have added are wonderful, for the morning I wake up to Cape Cod sounds of the Birds, and evening I have a spa sound that begins to remind to get ready for bed. I also love the Amsterdam street sound and your great Chronicles of England where the dear Englishman with his great talks, reads the local gazette!

My hatch doesn’t work

My hatch literally doesn’t work, I haven’t been able to use it for the past 2 weeks. I liked it a lot before that, but I can’t login to it anymore. I spent like 30 mins troubleshooting but it won’t connect to WiFi or my phone
