Disappointing for a Bloomingdale’s Purchase
After waiting 10 days, I finally received the watch. I was excited to open it, but the moment I did, the disappointment was immediate. The watch didn’t look brand new at all. The protective film on the dial was applied carelessly with visible air bubbles, giving the impression that it had been returned and re-wrapped. It also came with a two-year warranty card, but none of the information was filled out. Altogether, it felt nothing like the premium shopping experience I expect from Bloomingdale’s. Instead, it felt more like receiving something from an unauthorized shop. A very disappointing experience overall.
Great all-around watch, but too big for my wrist.
The Murph 42mm is a great watch, in terms of look, quality, movement and value. Its design remains true to the Interstellar movie. Unfortunately, the 42mm with a lug-to-lug measurement of 52mm resulted to be too big for my 7" wrist. Additionally, the sapphire cristal on the 42mm lacks any AR coating and hence, it reflects the light a lot and looks foggy. I returned it and instead got the 38mm, with a size much better for me, plus that one does come with some level of AR coating. Very happy about swapping the larger size for the mid-size Murph. Thank you Bloomingdale's!

Great watch from great movie!
Bought this as a gift for a loved one who loves Interstellar and they are very happy with it! The leather band is pretty stiff, but expect it will break in with some wear. The face and details of the watch are pretty and looks great on the wrist!

This is a beautiful watch with one fatal flaw: the crystal looks almost chromed, making it difficult to see the dial most of the time. It has absolutely no AR coating, and the shape of the dome just causes more reflections. I so wanted to love it and keep it but every time I'd glance at it I could barely make out the time. Had to return.
