From the first use, the scalp is hydrated without a greasy effect, the hair is shiny and the hair fiber plumped up. Day after day, the hair fiber is visibly thicker.

Who is responsible for orders delivery

I have not received it yet! I ordered it 7 days ago and was told today by CS I will get it in 2 more days. My order was delivered to Chicago on Jul 11 and then sent somewhere else. CS rep told me to ask UPS about that. Is Bloomingdales not responsible for orders delivery?
