Worth the hype
These shoes are crazy looking at first but then you get used to them. They are so soft and cozy yet look sharp and classy. The shearling lines the entire inside so they’re very cozy. My feet are always cold so these are so perfect. Definitely size up 1/2 size.

Cute and size up!
Like others said, size up! The 9 (usually size 8) was not too big in the slightest and I couldn’t have gone smaller size so do the full size. (This of course doesn’t include and breaking in and relaxing if the leather).

Agree with other comments to size up. I only sized up a half size but need me to go up a full size
Fresh twist on classic shoe
These are fabulous in person. Incredibly comfortable and look so sharp. I did size up a whole size and they fit perfectly. A classic add to the closet!

Chic mules for cold months!
Already had the non "fur" version and wanted this one for colder months - they do not disappoint! I chatted with someone from customer service who recommended going a half size up and I am glad I did - my non-fur ones are a 38.5 and these fit perfectly in a 39.
