Like walking on a wooden plank

Very uncomfortable!! There is no cushion on the footbed and there is no give in the solid platform. It was like walking on a piece of wood. I expected more comfort from a luxury brand name shoe. But, maybe my expectations were incorrect. Buying Sorels instead.
