Cute and comfy

I love these Ace Sneakers. They are more comfy than the original Ace, which were flat and had less support. I am unsure of the exact changes made but, I can tell you that I wore these to Universal Studios and walked in them all day long and no issues. I love these so much that I have them in various different colors and textures. They are true to size but if you like a more roomy feel go up a half size, I tried my normal size and a half size up and stuck to my original size as I appreciate a snug fit.

What happened to luxury/customer service?

I was highly anticipating the arrival of this shoe. However, when it arrived the box was damaged and the shoes appear to have been worked and the bottoms wiped off but not completely. When I purchase a luxury item I expect the packaging to be in tact but most importantly I expect to receive an item that has never been worn because why would I pay a high end price for pre worn item? Returning, immediately.
