I love brand

Okay, let’s talk about this Gucci matte lipstick because… wow. Like most luxury brands, Gucci knows how to do packaging. The moment you pick it up, it just feels expensive — the kind of gold tube you actually want sitting out on your vanity because it looks like a little treasure. The shade itself is gorgeous, too. It has this subtle undertone that catches the light in a way that somehow makes your lips look a bit fuller. The texture goes on super smooth, almost buttery… but here’s the thing: it definitely dries out my lips after a while, and I wouldn’t call it long-lasting. It also moves out of your lips if you are drinking, just fyi. But the color definitely worth having in your toolbox! So if you’re like me and you want your red to stay put all day (or at least through a coffee), this probably isn’t the one and forever. I’m not planning to buy a refill of this shade, but I am curious to try some of their more everyday colors next — maybe those will be a better match for what I want.

Fantastic find!

Was so happy to find this lipstick! The color has great pigment and doesn’t dry your lips. Goes on super consistent and long wear time as well. Doesn’t transfer too easily.
