TERRIBLE! ITEM APPEARED TO BE USED.

I received my package and was excited to see the ring on my finger. When I opened the package everything was beautifully wrapped but when I got to the ring it appeared to be scratched all over and tarnished with rust appearing on the double g enraving. The item was obviously used. I was very dissatisfied with the fact that this item was sent to me in the condition it was in. Shame on you Bloomingdales!
