Really Bloomingdale’s??

Received only one sneaker in the box and it looked like a display shoe. How did this happen? Laces were dirty, leather insole was completely folded at the toe which kept me from trying the shoe on. Bloomingdale’s used to be great. Now poor order fulfillment and customer service is the norm.
