Bucatini Lunghi
From Italian-American chef Giada De Laurentiis: An extra long—22" to be exact—bucatini lunghi from Setaro. On first glance, it looks like a chunkier spaghetti. But look closer, and you'll see that it's hollow—the name is derived from the Italian word buco ("hole").
