Wrong Color Received

Very disappointed. I ordered the brown “Universe” color shown online, but received a completely different bag in dark navy/blue. The color and overall look do not match the product photos at all. This is not a minor shade difference, it looks like a different item. Unfortunately, this is not the first time Bloomingdale’s has sent a product that doesn’t match the pictures on the website. The quality of the bag itself seems fine, and the materials feel decent, but accuracy matters when customers order based on online photos.
